AX3 is strictly an 18+ event. No one under 18 will be permitted inside the expo or any related activities.

Badge Use & Restrictions
Reselling, sharing, or transferring an AX3 badge or complimentary pass is strictly prohibited. If badge ownership cannot be verified, the badge will be revoked and canceled without refund.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be honored until the day before the event.
No refunds will be issued on or after the event date—no exceptions.
If you purchase a ticket and do not attend (or are dissatisfied with the event), you will not be refunded. This applies to all circumstances.

Badges & Re-Entry
Badges must be worn at all times inside the event.
If your badge is damaged or ripped, you may bring it to registration for a free replacement.
If you lose your badge, you must purchase a new ticket to re-enter.
Re-entry is permitted with an official AX3 badge.

AX3 is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees, staff, talent, vendors, and performers.

We enforce a Zero-Tolerance Policy for harassment of any kind.
Anyone engaging in harassment or non-consensual behavior will have their badge revoked and will be removed from the event without refund. Violators may also receive a permanent ban from future AX3 events.

• Taking photos without explicit verbal consent
   
• Stalking or following other attendees
   
• Any nonconsensual physical contact
   
• Any behavior intended to intimidate, coerce, or make others uncomfortable
   

Bottom line: Be cool, respect others, and everyone will have an amazing AX3 experience.

By attending AX3, you acknowledge that the event may capture photography and video for promotional use. AX3 reserves the right to use any photo/video taken during the event in publications or media materials.
